(a) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to charge the following rates for residents and nonresidents for the Orrville Cemetery effective on the date this section is adopted.

Amounts to be deposited in the Capital Fund from Mausoleum sales shall be:
(1) From each single mausoleum unit sold, one thousand thirty dollars ($1,030).
(2) From each companion mausoleum unit sold, two thousand sixty dollars ($2,060).
(3) From each niche mausoleum unit sold, one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b) In the event a funeral is held on Saturday, a City observed holiday or a Sunday (which will be allowed for religious reasons); an additional two hundred dollars ($200.00) shall be charged. For services which begin after 2:00 p.m., an additional one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be charged.
(c) The Director is hereby authorized to establish the terms of payment for the rates set forth in subsection (a) and (b) hereof.
