   147.01 COMPENSATION.
   (a)    The rate of salary for the Civil Service Commission shall be six hundred dollars ($600.00) per year each, beginning January l, 1991.
   (b)    The rate of salary for the Secretary of the Civil Service Commission shall be seven hundred twenty-five dollars ($725.00) per year, beginning January l, 1991.
