Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter by neglecting to comply with any order issued pursuant to any section hereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day's continuation of a violation of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
