143.06 RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BETTER ORDINANCE COVERAGE.

The Fire Chief, upon advice and recommendation of the Bureau of Fire Prevention, shall investigate and recommend to the Safety-Service Director additional ordinances or amendments to existing ordinances as he may deem necessary for safeguarding life and property against fire.
