139.03 EXTENSION OF FIRE SERVICE TO OTHER SUBDIVISIONS.

In order to provide fire protection or to provide additional fire protection in times of emergency, the Fire Department may extend its service or the use of its fire apparatus to any other subdivision of this State.

Before any response to a call is made by any Fire Department member, authorization to respond must be given by the Fire Chief or in his absence by the First Assistant Chief, Second Assistant Chief or the Director of Public Safety and Service.
