144.01 FIRE, EMERGENCY MEDICAL AND RESCUE SERVICE.

To the extent that manpower and equipment are available, the Orrville Fire Department shall provide fire, rescue, and/or emergency medical and ambulance transport services in response to a call for such services within the City and outside of the City, under the provisions of applicable law for permitted mutual aid.
