In areas on Appendix A where the line delineating the boundaries of one or more wards is on a street or roadway, the boundary line shall be the centerline of that street or roadway. Where the line delineating one or more ward boundaries runs on a railroad right-of-way, the boundary line shall be the centerline of that railroad right-of-way. Where the line delineating a ward boundary is on the corporation limits line, the boundary shall be that designated section of the corporation limits of the City of Orrville. Where the line delineating the boundary for one or more wards is on or near the property line of a parcel of real estate, the boundary shall be the property line closest in proximity to the designated boundary line.
