103.01 OFFICIAL FLAG.
   The official flag of the City is described as follows: The over-all dimensions of the flag are three feet by five feet or any size of proportionate dimensions. The field consists of five stripes extending from top to bottom in proportions as follows: red stripe one-sixth of width; blue stripe one-sixth of width; white strip two-sixths of width; blue stripe one-sixth of width; and red stripe one-sixth of width. All stripes extend from head (staff) to foot. The Great Seal of the Community of Orrville, Ohio in a diameter of two feet is located three inches from the head (staff) centered upon the field.
   The great seal of the City is a perfect circle surrounded by a red band and printed thereon in gold capital title letters is: "THE GREAT SEAL OF THE COMMUNITY OF ORRVILLE, OHIO 1864." The seal depicts a foreground of double track railroad crossing open farm land, from left to right within the seal is a church, an industrial plant and public school.
