Subject to the requirements set forth herein, the use of “Utility Task Vehicles” shall be permitted on City streets where the speed limit is thirty-five (35) miles per hour or less. “Utility Task Vehicle” means a four-or six-wheeled vehicle equipped with a steering wheel, bucket or bench seating with seatbelts, foot pedals, and a roll bar or cage.
