If the owner, agent, or occupant fails to correct the violation, it shall be a minor misdemeanor as provided in Section 1327.99. Furthermore, the Safety-Service Director or other designated official may take all necessary steps as authorized in this code to obtain access to the property to bring the property into conformity with the code, and may recoup the costs there from pursuant to Section 1327.18.
(b) Service of Notice.
