There is hereby established Fire Zone Number One bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the west right-of-way line of North Ella Street 500 feet north of the north right-of-way line of what would be the western projection of Orr Street; thence east and parallel with the north right-of-way line of Orr Street to a point 500 feet north of the north right-of-way line of Orr Street as it intersects with the east right-of-way line of what would be the northern projection of Briarwood Street; thence south to a point where the east right-of-way line of Briarwood Street intersects with the south right-of-way line of East Chestnut Street; thence west and along the south right-of-way line of Chestnut Street to a point where the south right-of-way line of West Chestnut Street and the west right-of-way line of South Ella Street would intersect if they extended to such point, which point is located in what is now known as the Pennsylvania Railroad yards; thence to the west right-of-way line of South Ella Street and along the right-of-way line to the place of beginning.
