Any householder who has not paid for his/her service for the period billed shall lose his/her collection privileges until payment is received. In this eventuality, the City shall provide the garbage collector with such a list of delinquencies on or before the next scheduled pickup after due date. The garbage collector shall not resume service to any such delinquent account until notified by the City that the account has been paid.
