913.14 TEST PLUG AND SEAL.

All sanitary sewer openings, during and after installation of the sewer, shall have an approved test plug inserted therein as approved by the Director. The owner of the premises or the general contractor shall be responsible that the plug and seal shall remain intact until removal is approved by the Director.
