911.02 FREE MUNICIPAL USE OF MUNICIPAL PUBLIC UTILITIES.

Effective as of December 1, 1993, the Light and Water Funds shall not charge the General Fund or Gas Tax Motor Vehicle Fund for any light or water charges for its supplying of all light and water use to any Municipal facilities operated or conducted for Municipal purposes.
