905.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed and held guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each such offense and each day during which the violation shall continue, shall be held and deemed to be a separate offense.
