The elevation of sidewalks, above the curb grade, at the property line shall be one-half inch per foot for each foot measured from the face of the curb to the property line.
All walks shall have a slope of one-quarter inch per foot toward the curb.
The space between the curb line and the walk shall be graded so as to have a rise of one-half inch to the foot.
