709.04 JUNK OR SCRAP PLACEMENT; FENCING.

All junk or scrap shall be kept in a building with enclosed walls or placed in a yard. If placed in a yard, the yard shall be enclosed on the sides immediately adjacent to any residence or street by a neat and orderly fence of at least four feet in height.
