1-15-2: INSUFFICIENT FUNDS CHECKS:
A service charge of twenty dollars ($20.00) to be assessed for each check issued and deposited in the official depository by an individual, company, or other for which there are insufficient funds (monies) in the bank or other applicable financial institution to cover the amount of said check(s).
