9-14-16: PRIOR FRANCHISES SUPERSEDED:

This Franchise shall update and supersede all prior electric franchises for the above stated purpose heretofore granted to Clearwater Power Company or its predecessors, by Grantor, or its predecessors, and shall affirm, authorize and ratify all prior installations authorized by permits or other action not previously covered by this Franchise.
