Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter may be charged with a misdemeanor and penalties pursuant to Idaho State Code §18-113. Each day's continued violation may constitute a separate offense. Penalties and prosecution remedies shall be in addition to and shall not limit the civil enforcement, restraining, abatement or any other equitable remedies available to the City. A violation may also result in revocation of a building's certificate of occupancy and other limitations on use of the property. (Ord. 815, 9-28-2021)
