Within five (5) days after a decision has been rendered by the commission, the Chairman thereof shall provide the applicant for the permit, special use, zoning change, or variance with notice of the action taken on his request and the reasons therefor; also the City Clerk shall notify the applicant within five (5) days of the action taken by the Council.
