10-6-3: WEIGHT LIMIT ON RESIDENTIAL ROUTES:

It is unlawful and shall constitute a misdemeanor for any person to operate a motor vehicle exceeding sixteen thousand (16,000) pounds' gross weight at any time upon any residential route, unless otherwise posted, except for the limited purpose of loading or unloading goods or persons and/or performing emergency or maintenance services in the area.
