10-4-6: ANNUAL TRAFFIC REPORT REQUIRED:
The police department shall annually prepare a traffic report which shall be filed with the mayor and council, containing information as to the number of traffic accidents, the number of persons killed, the number of persons injured, the number of traffic accidents investigated, the number of arrests made for violation of the traffic laws, and shall make plans and recommendations of the police department for future traffic safety activities and other pertinent traffic accident data.
