9-13-4: OTHER VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:
Individuals who violate any other provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall pay a penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each occurrence. Said penalty shall be paid within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the citation. (Ord. 761, 9-8-2009)
