Individuals who violate section 9-13-2 of this chapter shall be guilty of misdemeanor trespassing and shall pay a penalty of three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each occurrence. Said penalty shall be paid within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the citation. (Ord. 761, 9-8-2009)
