9-13-1: DEFINITIONS:
The city hereby adopts the following definitions for purposes of enforcement of this chapter. Words and phrases defined for the purposes of this chapter shall have the meanings set forth in this section, unless normal construction in context shall clearly indicate to the contrary.
PUBLIC PARK: The Orofino City Park; Champion Park; and the Lewis Clark Park all located within the city limits of Orofino. (Ord. 761, 9-8-2009)
