Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, may be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day said violation occurs shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 659, 9-27-1994)
