9-12-47: AMENDMENTS OF WATER RATES:

Water rates, connection charges, equity buy-ins, private fire lines, turn-on fees, delinquency charges, special meter reading chargeS, additional charges, and any other rates or fees associated with this Chapter shall be amended by resolution. All other sections of this Chapter shall be amended by ordinance. (Ord. 665, 3-27-1995)
