8-2-43: AMENDMENT OF SEWER RATES, FEES SCHEDULES AND CHARGES:

The monthly schedule of rates, connection fees, system charges, equity buy in fees, and any other rates or fees identified in this chapter shall be amended by resolution. All other sections of this chapter shall be amended by ordinance. (Ord. 721, 5-10-2004)
