The Superintendent shall have the right to enter upon any premises connected with any public sewer at all reasonable hours to determine that there is compliance with the provisions of this Chapter. If conflict is noted, the owner of said premises or his or her agent shall be directed to alter, repair or reconstruct said sewer facilities within fifteen (15) days. (Ord. 655, 9-27-1994)
