8-2-15: DUTIES OF SUPERINTENDENT REGARDING SIDE SEWERS:
The Superintendent of the City is hereby empowered, and it is hereby made his or her duty, in all cases where there is a public sanitary sewer within two hundred feet (200') to notify every owner or person in charge of land or premises requiring a sanitary sewer building connection as specified in Section 8-2-3 of this Chapter to comply with the provisions of that Section of this Chapter within sixty (60) days or cease to use or occupy the land. A lessee on land shall be deemed to be in charge. (Ord. 655, 9-27-1994)
