8-2-7: APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR WASTEWATER DISCHARGE:
Review and acceptance of the Superintendent shall be obtained prior to the discharge into the public sewer of any water or wastes having any of the following:
   A.   A total of more than thirty (30) pounds of SS in any one day.
   B.   A total of more than thirty (30) pounds of BOD in any one day.
   C.   An average flow of 0.01 mgd or more. (Ord. 655, 9-27-1994)
