8-2-5: UNPOLLUTED WATER DISCHARGED TO STORM DRAIN:

Storm water shall be discharged to such sewers as are specifically designated as storm drains, or to a natural outlet approved by the Superintendent. Industrial cooling water or unpolluted process water may be discharged upon approval of the Superintendent to a storm drain or natural outlet. (Ord. 655, 9-27-1994)
