A. Permit Required; Fee: No person shall dispose of refuse by outdoor burning or allow or permit outdoor burning of refuse unless such person shall first obtain a permit to so dispose of refuse. Such person shall apply for such permit on application forms provided by the Control Officer; such application forms and any changes therein shall be approved by the City Council; the permittee shall pay the Control Officer the sum of one dollar ($1.00) for each permit issued.
B. Salvage Operations; Permit Required; Fee: No person shall conduct or cause or permit the conduct of salvage operations, including the burning of grass or weeds, by outdoor burning, unless such person shall first obtain a permit to so dispose of refuse. Such person shall apply for such permit on application forms provided by the Control Officer. The permittee shall pay to the Control Officer a sum to be set by the Control Officer depending on the nature of the burning applied for, not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each permit issued.
