7-3-3: REQUIREMENTS OF TANK VEHICLES:
All tank vehicles transporting Class 1 flammable liquids within the City shall be constructed in accordance with applicable United States Department of Transportation regulations as they may be amended from time to time. (Ord. 527, 3-28-1978)
