7-3-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this Chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings given herein:
CLASS 1 FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS: Liquids with a flash point below twenty five degrees Fahrenheit (25°F) (minimum 4 degrees centigrade) closed cup tester.
TRUCK, TANK TRUCK OR TANK VEHICLE: Any vehicle used for the transportation of Class 1 flammable liquids and shall include trailers and semitrailers. (Ord. 319, 7-13-1953)
