7-1-2: AMENDMENTS TO CODE:
   A.   The following sections are hereby revised:
Section 101.1 -These regulations shall be known as the fire code of the city of Orofino, herein referred to as "this code".
Section 109.3 Violation Penalties - Persons who shall violate a provision of this code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall erect, install, alter, repair or do work in violation of the approved construction documents or directive of the fire code official, or of a permit or certificate used under provisions of this code, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment not exceeding thirty (30) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
Section 111.4 Failure To Comply - Any person who shall continue any work after having been served with a stop work order, except such work as that person is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition, shall be liable to a fine of not less than three hundred dollars ($300.00).
   B.   The geographic limits referred to in certain sections of the 2003 international fire code are hereby established as follows:
Section 3204.3.1.1 - The limits referred to in the international fire code herein adopted in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited are hereby established to be the entire limits of the city; that this prohibition shall not apply to storage tanks which do not exceed five (5) gallons in capacity; and provided further, that this prohibition shall not apply to bulk plants, which shall be governed by chapter 3406.4 of said code.
Section 3404.2.9.5.1- The limits referred to in the international fire code herein adopted in which the geographic limits is prohibited for the storage of class I and II liquids in above-ground tanks outside of buildings is the entire city limits and pursuant to existing zoning laws adopted by the Orofino city council.
Section 3406.2.4.4 - The limits referred to in the international fire code herein adopted in which the geographic limits is prohibited for the storage of class I and II liquids in above-ground tanks is the entire city limits and pursuant to existing zoning laws adopted by the Orofino city council.
Section 3804.2 - The limits referred to in the international fire code herein adopted in which the geographic limits in which storage of liquefied gas is restricted for the protection of heavily populated or congested areas is the entire city limits and pursuant to existing zoning laws adopted by the Orofino city council.
