6-1-41: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:
Unless otherwise specified, a violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed six (6) months. (Ord. 745, 7-12-2011)
