6-1-40: CITY PARK TRESPASSING PENALTY:
Individuals who violate subsection 6-1-36C of this chapter shall be guilty of misdemeanor trespassing and shall pay a fixed penalty of three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each occurrence. (Ord. 745, 7-12-2011)
