6-1-32: INTOXICATION BY INHALATION OF TOXICANTS OR SOLVENTS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to become or attempt to become intoxicated by inhaling the fumes of gasoline, toluene or any other solvent or product containing any such solvent. (Ord. 745, 7-12-2011)
