It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind:
A. To make or file, or cause to be made or filed, an accident report knowing the same to be false;
B. To knowingly give or cause to be given false information to any law enforcement officer or any state or local government agency or personnel;
C. To intentionally make a false call or turn in false information regarding the need for police or emergency assistance, or aid or abet in the commission of such act. (Ord. 745, 7-12-2011)
