All daycare providers who care for five (5) to twelve (12) children in an R-2 or R-3 residential zone are required to secure a special use permit. All special use permits are subject to conditions limiting daycare activities, the number of children being cared for, the time of operation, or any other conditions that may impact a residential zone and serve in the best interest of the community or neighborhood.
