If any article received by any pawnbroker or secondhand dealer shall be sold within forty five (45) days from the date that it is so received, such pawnbroker or secondhand dealer shall, on his copy of the record of its reception, write in ink or indelible pencil the name and address of the person to whom such sale is made, and the date of such sale.
