1-5-2: CONSTITUTION OF COUNCIL:

There shall be six (6) council members elected to represent the city. At each city election hereafter three (3) council members shall be elected to serve for a term of four (4) years or until their successors are elected and qualified. (Ord. 737, 2-12-2008, eff. 2-26-2008)
