The city council shall retain the right at all times to revoke and cancel any license for just cause. When any license is revoked, the licensee shall have the privilege of appearing before the city council to appeal such revocation. Any conduct or act on the part of the licensee which may be sufficient cause for revocation of the license must be brought to the attention of the city council. (Ord. 777, 2-11-2014)
