5-4-4: INSPECTION:
It shall be the duty of the Fire Chief and the Health Officer, or other officers so designated by the City Council, to make periodic and regular inspections of every hotel and to make regular reports to the City Council of such hotel or hotels concerning regulations imposed by this Code. (1962 Code)
