5-1-18: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or who operates any business or occupation for which a permit is required by this chapter without first having obtained a permit as herein provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and be subject to a three hundred dollar ($300.00) fine. Each day that a violation of this chapter occurs shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 784, 5-12-2015)
