Applications for business permit may, after investigation, be denied if it is found that any fraud, misrepresentation or false statements have been committed in connection with the application process. Notice of denial of permit shall be mailed by the clerk to the applicant within ten (10) days of such denial. (Ord. 784, 5-12-2015)
