All contractors who perform work in excess of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) (material and labor) within the city limits of the city of Orofino shall be required to register with the Idaho bureau of occupational licenses (IBOL) and provide a registration number to the building official prior to receiving a permit to perform any work.
