8-5-5-4: ENFORCEMENT:

Upon the authorization by the Board of Trustees and with the consent of a person or any legal entity designated in Section 8-5-5-2, the Village Attorney may institute such proceedings as are necessary to enforce the liability imposed by this Section for the benefit of the Village, a person or any of the legal entities designated in Section 8-5-5-2 above.
